Craigs List and Google Maps Join Teams
Housingmaps.com is a neat combinations between craigslist and Google Maps.
If you are looking to rent a home or apartment, it provides you with a great visualization of the area you may be looking at. Included with some of the possibilities, are pictures of the place you are looking at, and sometimes of the owner/ co-renter.
A few of the features I like are the maps Zoom tool, and the dragability. It makes it easy to navigate. Just drag your mouse over to the area you like to see.
The only drawback I see currently is that the list is quite small. My state has no listings. But that can change over time.
