Yup - I personally have met and spoke with Katya(Russia), and her husband Mert(USA). They came to me via church. Mert was a teacher in my local area. He is now retired.

She speaks several languages. Being an educator is a higher class over there. Being in a 'higher' class is one of the very few tickets that allows people to leave the country over there. Her stories of how things work is mind blowing.

For example medical care. Often doctors will bump you around to other clinics stating that you aren't in their geographical area to help. Unless you hand them some money.

Thanks for the concern though ;)

Hate to break it to you, Lestat, unless, you personally know these two women, Russian scammers are almost as popular as Nigerian scammers....

It's a great worthy cause and if it's real, you can always send them money through Western Union.
